As a trauma-informed therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with over 20 years of experience counselling couples, mentoring and coaching individuals in non-clinical settings through non-profit organizations, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my clinical practice.
I offer personalized individual and couples counselling to honour each client's unique experiences and backgrounds. I am here to support you with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity throughout your psychotherapy journey.
